Qualifications

• Hospitality mindset and guest-focused service.
• Ability to coach and support cross-training of team members.
• Open/close restaurant duties, order placement, inventory and cash handling.
• Adherence to food safety practices and cleanliness standards.
• Sound decision making and issue resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with managers and team members to deliver hospitality to guests.
• Coach, develop, and support cross training as the business grows.
• Support opening/closing duties, food orders, inventory and cash handling as needed.
• Support food safety initiatives and ensure proper cleanliness standards.
• Model sound decision making and help resolve issues that may arise.
• Assist deployment on your shift to ensure high levels of service interactions with guests.
