Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Mobile, AL is seeking a Team Leader to assist with facility operations and guest experience in a fast, team-oriented environment.

As a Team Leader you will provide friendly customer service, help open/close the site, enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, prep vehicles, guide them onto the tunnel conveyor, and participate in routine maintenance and site upkeep. Competitive pay, weekly commissions, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug Screen and Background Check Required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, which includes landscape maintenance & pressure washing, etc.
