Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of direct care experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

Provide direct care and daily support to individuals, promoting independence and dignity.
Lead and mentor residential staff, ensuring quality services and teamwork.
Oversee scheduling, documentation, budgeting and compliance.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment.
Coordinate care with medical and behavioral professionals as needed.
Ensure staff training and adherence to agency and state regulations.
Participate in on-call support and fill in for staff when necessary.
