Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains relationships with members served, funders, and community stakeholders
• Participates in On-Call rotation responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY

The CSL Team Leader position will provide quality service throughout the CSL program. The Team Leader will support the daily functions of the program by providing hands-on support to clients and mentoring Direct Support Staff Members.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Work is performed in an office environment as well as community-based settings, primarily in clients' homes. May include light to moderate lifting, bending, and walking. Traveling is required.
