Job summary

GT Independence is seeking a CSL Program Manager to direct and support all aspects of Community Supported Living operations in their region. You will oversee implementation of Individual and Behavioral Support Plans, supervise Direct Support Professionals, and ensure high-quality, compliant services within budget constraints.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience managing behaviors and diverse medical needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Direct Support Professionals in individuals’ homes and apartments, including training, supervision, scheduling, and performance appraisals.
• Ensures the needs and desires of individuals are met or exceeded through targeted use of staff.
• Manages personnel and ensures staff coverage of the program at all times; provides supports when needed, including on-call responsibilities.
• Maintains a safe home environment that complies with organizational policies and all regulations.
• Establishes and maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The CSL Program Manager is responsible for directing and supporting all aspects of operations for Community Supported Living in their region. The CSL Program Manager will work with key functional areas to ensure quality supports and budget compliance and is responsible for the implementation of Individual and Behavioral Support Plans, supervision of individuals’ supports and overseeing ongoing development of programs

Responsibilities

• Supervises the Direct Support Professionals in individuals’ homes and apartments and are responsible for training, supervision, scheduling and performance appraisals of the Direct Support Professionals working in these programs.
• Ensures the needs and desires of the individuals are met or exceeded through the targeted use of staff.
• It is the responsibility of the Program Manager to manage personnel and ensure staff coverage of the program at all times. In instances where other staff are not available, the Program Manager will provide the supports and services for the program. This position includes on-call responsibilities and providing care to those supported.
• Managers are responsible for creating and maintaining a safe environment in the home that meets the needs and preferences of the individuals living in their own home and complies with the policies of the organization and all federal, state and local regulations.
• Responsible for establishing and maintaining strong and positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
