Job summary

Rosecrance Ware Center in Rockford, IL seeks a Team Leader for the Community Support Team (CST). The role includes supervising a clinical team, managing caseloads, conducting groups, and ensuring timely documentation and QA. Requires a Master's in a relevant field and QMHP eligibility; supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• QMHP qualification per Illinois rules preferred.
• Experience supervising a team in social services is a plus.
• Ability to motivate staff and solve problems.
• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse populations.
• Ability to document thoroughly in required systems.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical team operations and case load management.
• Lead group sessions, provide staff supervision and performance feedback.
• Complete timely clinical documentation and regulatory reporting.
• Provide crisis intervention and coordinate community services.
• Ensure adherence to Rosecrance policies and confidentiality standards.
• Participate in on-call duties and participate in management meetings.
