Job summary

Rosecrance Ware Center in Rockford, IL seeks a Team Leader for the Community Support Team (CST). You will oversee clinical staff, manage caseloads, and lead groups while ensuring timely documentation and crisis intervention coordination.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• QMHP qualification per Illinois DMH Rule 132 strongly preferred.
• Experience supervising a team in a social service setting preferred.
• Ability to motivate and problem-solve with staff.
• Ability to work with diverse backgrounds and personalities.
• Proficient in crisis intervention and documentation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily operations of the clinical team.
• Oversee caseloads, run groups, and act as point person for questions.
• Provide staff training, quality assurance, and supervision.
• Complete documentation within required timeframes and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in monthly and quarterly reports and on-call duties.
• Coordinate services with community resources and ensure client care.
