Prudent HR Consultant LLP is seeking a Team Manager to lead our BFSI recruitment group. You will drive team performance and own client relationships across leading banks and financial institutions, with a focus on high-volume Branch Banking hiring.

The role is fully remote with distributed teams and requires hands-on leadership of recruiters, strong client management, and a data-driven approach to tracking pipelines and conversions.

• Lead, coach and manage a team of BFSI recruiters to hit hiring targets.
• Drive end-to-end delivery for Branch Banking roles such as Relationship Managers, Branch Managers and Sales Managers.
• Act as main point of contact for client hiring managers and HR, managing requirements, feedback and escalations.
• Plan and assign mandates across the team, track pipelines daily and fix bottlenecks quickly.
• Review recruiter performance with metrics, conduct regular reviews, and mentor team members.

About the role

We're looking for a Team Manager to lead our BFSI recruitment team. You'll drive team performance and own client relationships across leading banks and financial institutions. If you've built and run recruiting teams for Branch Banking roles and like delivering at volume, this role is for you.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach and manage a team of BFSI recruiters to hit hiring targets for submissions, interviews, offers and joinings
• Drive end-to-end delivery for Branch Banking roles such as Relationship Managers, Branch Managers, Sales Managers and Branch Operations
• Act as the main point of contact for client hiring managers and HR, managing requirements, priorities, feedback and escalations
• Plan and assign mandates across the team, track pipelines daily and fix bottlenecks quickly
• Review recruiter performance with clear metrics, run regular reviews, and mentor team members to grow
• Build sourcing strategies across job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and databases for high-volume and niche banking roles
• Share hiring insights, market trends and MIS reports with clients and internal leadership
• Maintain quality, compliance and a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Preferred candidate profile

• A recruiting background only: agency, staffing or RPO experience preferred
• Proven experience managing Branch Banking hiring for banks or NBFCs
• Hands-on experience managing a team of recruiters and delivering against targets
• Strong client management skills, with confidence handling senior stakeholders
• A data-driven approach to tracking team productivity, pipelines and conversions
• Comfortable working remotely and managing a distributed team
• Excellent communication in English; regional languages are a plus
