Job summary

J004076 JIB Missouri Jack LLC in St. Ann, Missouri is seeking a Team Leader to oversee daily operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The Team Leader will motivate team members while maintaining a positive environment. Responsibilities include training staff, ensuring food quality and safety, and managing a fast-paced work environment. Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in the restaurant industry.
• Ability to read, speak, and write effectively in English.
• Ability to stand and walk approximately 85%-95% of shift; ability to lift and carry 10-50 lbs.

Supervise and:

• Work in a fast-paced and high energy environment that requires you to shift priorities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED or foreign equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in the restaurant industry.
• Ability to read, speak, and write effectively in English.
• Ability to stand and walk approximately 85%-95% of shift; ability to lift and carry 10-50 lbs. Ability to work with a diverse group of people.
• Additional administrative duties as assigned.
• This is in addition to the qualifications of a Team Member and Shift Leader.
