Chick-fil-A Truett’s Grill is seeking a Team Leader to support senior leadership in daily operations and coach team members. You will help run a high-volume restaurant, lead shifts as a role model, and maintain exceptional guest service with strong communication.

Responsibilities include training new hires, opening/closing duties, and ensuring operational excellence with urgency and a servant’s heart.

Our Team Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Team Leader’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Team Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Team Leader Responsibilities:

• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high‑volume, fast‑paced Restaurant
• Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player
• Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
• Count drawers and finalize day
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

Truett’s Grill is a blast from the past. This restaurant, which offers sit down, counter and drive-thru service, has the look and feel of a 1950s diner while paying homage to Truett Cathy's love of transportation. A model train runs through the restaurant, while motorcycles hang on the walls next to pictures of Cathy and his favorite cars.
