Job Description:

Our Leadership Team is responsible for directing the daily operations of a Chick-fil-A restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards across all areas such as production, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, inventory management, team management, recruiting, and financial accountability. The role requires delivering high-quality products and services to our customers and performing other duties as needed. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills.

The responsibilities include:

1. Demonstrating professionalism and strong communication skills.
2. Taking initiative and possessing problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
3. Being efficient, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.

Work Schedule:

Flexible Hours: We understand commitments to family, friends, school, or sports and will try to accommodate your schedule.

Closed Sundays: All Chick-fil-A restaurants are closed on Sundays for you to spend time with loved ones.

Work with a Chick-fil-A Operator: The Operator, Ryan Taylor, is an independent business owner who invests in his employees by teaching valuable business skills.

Compensation: Starting pay for Team Leaders is $19-20/hr, along with a supportive environment to develop business and interpersonal skills.
