Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred in business, logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• Previous lead or supervisor experience required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with automation and production technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the daily activities of an assigned work group.
• Monitor workflow and employee productivity throughout the shift.
• Direct team to ensure daily work plans are completed on time.
• Maintain quality standards while meeting production goals.
• Assist with training and coaching employees as needed.
• Communicate expectations and provide direction to line staff.
• Use company operating systems to track progress and performance.
• Identify and help resolve workflow or production issues.
• Support a safe, productive, and efficient work environment.
