You will ensure quality standards are met while coordinating nightly operations. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, with preferred associate/bachelor degrees in business or logistics and prior lead experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred.
• Previous lead or supervisor experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily activities of an assigned work group.
• Monitor workflow and employee productivity throughout the shift.
• Direct team members to ensure daily work plans are completed on time.
• Maintain quality standards while meeting production goals.
• Assist with training and coaching employees as needed.
• Communicate expectations and provide direction to line staff.
• Use operating systems to track progress and performance.
• Identify and help resolve workflow or production issues.
