Job summary

Arvato is a leading global 3PL provider in supply chain management and e-commerce, with 20,000 team members and 100 locations. The Team Lead will supervise warehouse and data center operations, drive productivity, and ensure quality and safety standards while coaching the team to meet customer requirements and service levels.

You will work hands-on to lead by example, communicate policies, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment, including server assembly and device

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of prior team lead experience in a data center or warehouse setting assembling, installing, and troubleshooting network devices.
• At least 6 months of experience installing CAT6, fiber, and network cabinet‑level PDU power cables.
• Fluent in English (read, speak, write, understand).
• Ability to use keyboard, monitor, RF scanner, and calculator.
• English/Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support warehouse associates during daily operations.
• Assign work tasks and monitor productivity to meet targets.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and on‑the‑job training to team members.
• Promote a positive work environment focused on teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Communicate company policies, operational changes, and departmental goals.
• Assemble server racks and prepare for technical operations.
• Create traveler documentation for devices and record test results.
• Re-box and kit devices; prepare for put-away into storage.
• Use WMS inputs/outputs to track activity and maintain organization.
• Make timely decisions to meet shipment deadlines.
