Job summary

Arvato in South Jordan, UT, is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead labor, equipment, and processes in a fast-paced data center supply chain. You will plan, organize, and monitor receiving, storage, and distribution, while ensuring safety and quality.

You will train and supervise associates, optimize layout, manage cycle counts, and drive process improvements to meet deployment schedules and cost targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment preferred.
• Knowledge of picking, packing, and shipping tasks.
• SAP or equivalent WMS experience.
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and shipping data center hardware.
• Ensure timely and accurate order delivery to meet deployment schedules.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff and forklift operators.
• Schedule shifts and manage labor resources to meet demand, including peaks.
• Maintain safety protocols and compliance with regulations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in warehouse and data center operations.
