Job summary

Arvato, a leading global 3PL provider, seeks a Team Lead to supervise daily warehouse and data center operations. You will guide a team of associates, drive productivity, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

This hands‑on role combines supervision with technical tasks and training to meet customer requirements. You will coach team members, assign tasks, maintain workflow, and communicate policy changes while using WMS and equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ months as a team lead in a data center or warehouse assembling, installing, and troubleshooting network devices.
• 6+ months experience installing CAT6, fiber, and network cabinet‑level PDU power cables.
• English fluency (read, write, speak) is required.
• Ability to use a keyboard, monitor, RF scanner, and calculator.
• English/Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus.

Job Description

As a Team Lead, you will play a key role in supporting daily warehouse and data center operations by leading a team of associates, driving productivity, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met. This is a hands‑on leadership position that combines team supervision with technical and operational responsibilities, helping ensure customer requirements and service level expectations are achieved. You'll serve as a resource for your team, providing coaching, training, and day‑to‑day guidance while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

YOUR TASKS

• Lead, motivate, and support warehouse associates during daily operations.
• Assign work tasks and monitor productivity to ensure performance targets are met.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and on‑the‑job training to team members.
• Promote a positive work environment focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Communicate company policies, operational changes, and departmental goals.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment as well as the ability to use a computer.
• Assemble server racks to prepare for technical operations
• Creation of traveler documentation for devices
• Recording the results of tested devices via software and hard copy records (use of White Canyon, Blanco or I‑auditor a plus)
• Re‑boxing and kitting of devices and preparing for put‑away into storage locations
• Determine whether finished product meet quality standards for customersWork independently with a sense of urgency and purpose
• Make decisions based on quantity of work and required finishing time to meet shipment deadlines
• Use of WMS for inputs and outputs
• Maintain neat and orderly workspace
• Any other task as directed by the supervisor
• Work schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday from 6am-6:30 pm and every other Saturday from 6am-2:30 pm.

Qualifications

• At least (6) months of prior work experience as a team lead within a Data Center or warehouse environment assembling, installing, and troubleshooting network devices.
• At least (6) months of prior work experience with installing CAT6, fiber, and network cabinet‑level PDU power cables.
• English-Fluent proficiency is required for this role (read, speak, write, understand).
• Requires the ability to use a keyboard, monitor, RF scanner, and calculator.
• English/Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus.
