Job Summary
  • Lead a team of Operations Specialists responsible for billing readiness activities and related tasks.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for employee training and development, particularly for new hires.
  • Support the Specialists in addressing billing corrections, customer disputes, and collections issues as required.
  • Monitor the Open Order status for month-end activities.
  • Maintain communication with field offices regarding job status and any associated issues.
  • Validate job completion, ensuring customer authorization, correct cost postings, and proper closure of service orders/projects. Make necessary corrections and ensure jobs are ready for billing.
  • Achieve established performance metrics.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the billing readiness process.
