Job summary

Eurofins USA Discovery Services in Saint Charles, MO seeks a Sample and Logistics Technician III - Team Lead to manage end-to-end sample intake, tracking, preparation, and shipment. You will serve as a technical lead for lab systems and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet client timelines in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate combines technical lab expertise with strong leadership and meticulous data integrity, while ensuring compliance with SOPs and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, or a B.A./B.S. with 3+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sample intake, registration, chain-of-custody, and storage with accuracy and compliance.
• Lead inventory, preparation, and distribution of large compound libraries to support programs.
• Direct and perform complex sample preparation, including weighing, dilutions, and pipetting.
• Evaluate and prioritize routine and customized sample-processing requests to meet study needs.
• Review laboratory calculations and ensure reproducible execution of analyses.
• Maintain readiness of buffers, reagents, and supplies; manage inventory controls.
• Lead shipment preparation, packaging, and documentation to ensure compliance with IATA/DOT.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments with couriers and stakeholders.
