Job summary

Crocs, Inc. in Merrimack, NH is seeking a Team Lead, Sales Full Time to deliver exceptional customer experiences and model Crocs' service standards on the sales floor.

You will coach and motivate associates, partner with Store Management to meet personal and team sales goals, assist in POS, merchandising, and stockroom tasks, and communicate product knowledge to customers.

This role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2–3 years of retail experience with a preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles.
• Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality essential functions of this position.
• Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our C.H.A.R.M service model.
• Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns, while demonstrating Crocs' core values.
• Assist in all store departments, including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, collaborate with Store Management to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Manage day-to-day team activities by delegating tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by sharing knowledge about product collaborations, launches, and initiatives.
• Adhere to Crocs policies, including Asset Protection, inventory control, and compliance.
