Job summary

Knox Area Rescue Ministries (KARM Stores) seeks a Team Lead - Retail in Alcoa, TN to partner with the Retail Assistant Store Manager. You will lead daily department operations, coach associates, and drive sales while upholding the mission and values of KARM Stores.

In this full-time role, you will monitor sales metrics, oversee merchandising and inventory, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and foster a collaborative team environment across shifts in a fast-paced retail setting.

Requires regular weekend shifts. Attendance at scheduled meetings, off-site events, and training sessions as required.
