Knox Area Rescue Ministries (KARM) Oak Ridge Store is seeking a proactive Key Holder to manage daily donation intake and merchandise processing on Illinois Avenue. You will serve as the operational lead during shifts, guiding the team to maintain clean, organized production areas and deliver an exceptional donor experience.

The role requires strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple processing stations from intake to pricing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous production, warehouse, retail, or processing experience preferred.
• Leadership or shift lead experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming donor experience by greeting donors and assisting with donation receiving.
• Lead daily production activities by coordinating workflow and ensuring merchandise is sorted, priced, and prepared to company standards.
• Coordinate daily workflow to achieve production goals and maintain accurate records and safety standards.
• Serve as the production lead during assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.
• Support managers by communicating concerns and assisting with additional responsibilities as assigned.

Monday–Saturday, up to 40 hours weekly. Shifts may include evenings or Saturdays based on operational needs. Attendance at required meetings, events, and training.
