Job summary

KARM Stores is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting daily store operations, merchandising, and transactions. You will help customers find merchandise, maintain attractive displays, and process purchases with accuracy.

Responsibilities include assisting with returns, donations, and price changes, as well as stocking and keeping the store clean and organized. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Basic computer and point-of-sale system experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Shifts may include evenings or Saturdays based on operational needs. Attendance at required meetings, events, and training as scheduled.
