Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Team Lead for our Records Operations and Relocation Services team. You will orchestrate on-site material handling, enforce strict chain-of-custody protocols for federal records, and ensure archival collections are relocated in precise sequential order without disruption.

You will lead a dedicated on-site crew and serve as the liaison between facility operations and federal agency partners.

Qualificações

• Experience supervising on-site teams in records management or logistics.
• Knowledge of sequential inventory tracking and chain-of-custody verification systems.
• Ability to resolve operational bottlenecks and maintain high integrity in handling records.
• US citizenship and ability to complete federal training before handling records.

Responsabilidades

• Lead on-site relocation operations: Direct day-to-day material handling activities—pulling, staging, high-bay retrieval, and transport loading to maintain balanced workflows and ensure accurate sequencing.
• Collaborate with agency stakeholders: Communicate with client representatives (e.g., National Archives and Records Administration) to provide status updates and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure safety and chain-of-custody compliance: Enforce safety standards and perform chain-of-custody verification and security inspections.
