Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced and safety-driven Team Lead to join our Records Operations and Relocation Services team at the University District site. You will oversee on-site material handling, enforce strict chain-of-custody for federal records, and ensure archival relocations occur in precise sequential order without disrupting operations.

You will lead a dedicated on-site crew of material handlers and equipment operators, serving as the primary liaison between facility operations

Formación

• Proven supervisory experience in records management, relocation, warehousing, or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of sequential inventory tracking and chain-of-custody processes.
• Ability to enforce safety standards and resolve operational issues in real time.

Responsabilidades

• Lead on-site relocation operations, manage day-to-day material handling and scheduling.
• Collaborate with agency stakeholders to communicate status and resolve discrepancies.
• Enforce safety and 12-step chain-of-custody verification and seal inspections.
