Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to hourly associates in the assigned area.
• Perform all functions in the area, back up or fill in for absent associates as needed.
• Direct the work of others and be a go-to for questions about task performance in the absence of a supervisor.
• Train/cross-train incoming or current associates on new processes or skills as needed.
• Identify and present ideas to leadership for process improvements.
• Ensure the area is clean and sanitary around the assigned line.
• Perform all work in compliance with company policies and guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
