Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating the work of personnel and enforcing policies and GMPs.
• Understand production requirements, set up lines, and deploy staff before shifts.
• Back-up for absences; perform all functions of the assigned area.
• Record data and prepare reports; share findings with the team.
• Train or cross-train employees in departmental processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and waste reduction.
• Participate in improvements and monitor metrics; attend departmental meetings.
• Follow safety initiatives and maintain a zero-accident culture.
• Learn goals and collaborate with other departments to meet objectives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
