Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking an Assistant Manager in Florida to help lead a team of 10–15 employees on the front line and support daily operations. Starting pay is 18.50 USD per hour, with the opportunity to earn weekly commissions.

The role blends hands-on leadership with essential administrative duties in a fast-paced outdoor environment. You will train and develop staff, maintain a clean facility, and ensure excellent guest service while working a flexible schedule (35–45 hours).

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience required.
• Strong problem-solving and quick decision-making skills.
• Mechanical inclination and experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long hours and work in all weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of 10–15 employees, fostering teamwork and safety.
• Maintain a fast-paced, structured work environment and deliver quality guest service.
• Assist with limited admin tasks and equipment checks.
• Train and develop employees across positions.
• Keep facilities, landscaping, and equipment rooms clean and organized.
