Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a 10-15 person team on the front lines, ensuring teamwork, safety, and guest satisfaction. This role blends hands-on operations with light administration and training duties in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, with weekly commissions and a schedule offering 35–45 hours per week. A valid driver’s license, ability to work evenings and weekends, and a background check are required.

Competenze

• 2+ years leadership experience required.
• Quick problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Mechanical inclination and experience preferred.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.
