Job summary

Southcoast Health in Massachusetts seeks an Experienced RN Team Lead for Admin Supervision at St. Luke's Hospital. The role requires acting as on-site Administrator, supervising nursing staff, and collaborating with hospital departments to assure high-quality patient care.

A baccalaureate degree in nursing is preferred, with MA RN license and certifications (BCLS, ACLS) required. Five to seven years of progressively responsible experience with leadership is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred and Massachusetts RN license is required.
• Demonstrated clinical competence, excellent communication skills and decision making ability required.
• Management experience is preferred.
• Over five years up to seven years of progressively responsible work experience including some leadership experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as on-site Administrator and consultant for Nursing staff including supervising administrative and clinical activities.
• Collaborate with other hospital departments to assure a high standard of patient care and perform related duties.
• Provide administrative and clinical supervision to nursing staff and contribute to leadership initiatives.

We are searching for an Experienced RN Team Lead for Admin Supervision at St. Luke's Hospital

36 hours, 3:00pm - 3:00am or 7:00pm - 7:00am during week and 7:00am - 7:00pm every other weekend/holiday

**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 20 hours.

Under the general direction of the Vice President, Patient Services, or designee, perform a wide variety of duties including acting as an on site Administrator, serving as a consultant and resource person for Nursing staff including providing of administrative and clinical supervision, collaborate with other applicable hospital departments and services to assure a high standard of patient care, performing of other administrative and related duties, etc.

• A Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing is preferred. Current Massachusetts R. N. License is required.
• Demonstrated clinical competence, excellent communication skills and demonstrated decision making ability required.
• Management experience is preferred.
• Over five years up to and including seven years of progressively responsible work experience including some leadership experience is required.
• Current RN Registration in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
• BCLS Certification required.
• ACLS Certification required.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
