- Massachusetts RN license required.
- 5–7 years progressive experience with some leadership.
- Strong communication and decision‑making skills.
- Management experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as on-site Administrator for nursing services.
- Provide administrative and clinical supervision to nursing staff.
- Act as a consultant and resource for Nursing staff.
- Collaborate with hospital departments to ensure high standard of patient care.
- Perform other administrative duties as needed.
