Job summary

Southcoast Health is seeking an Experienced RN Team Lead for Admin Supervision at St. Luke's Hospital in Massachusetts. This 36-hour per week position requires coordinating on-site administrative and clinical supervision, with shifts 3:00pm–3:00am or 7:00pm–7:00am, including every other weekend/holiday.

Qualifications

• Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing required or preferred.
• Current Massachusetts RN License required.
• Demonstrated leadership and management experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and clinical supervision capabilities.
• Massachusetts BCLS and ACLS certifications required or obtainable.
• Vaccination against influenza and COVID-19 or approved exemption via signed statement.

Responsibilities

• Act as on-site Administrator and resource for Nursing staff.
• Provide administrative and clinical supervision to the Nursing team.
• Collaborate with hospital departments to maintain high standards of patient care.
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Under the general direction of the Vice President, Patient Services, or designee, perform a wide variety of duties including acting as an on site Administrator, serving as a consultant and resource person for Nursing staff including providing of administrative and clinical supervision, collaborate with other applicable hospital departments and services to assure a high standard of patient care, performing of other administrative and related duties, etc.

Qualifications

• A Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing is preferred. Current Massachusetts R. N. License is required.
• Demonstrated clinical competence, excellent communication skills and demonstrated decision making ability required.
• Management experience is preferred.
• Over five years up to and including seven years of progressively responsible work experience including some leadership experience is required.
• Current RN Registration in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
• BCLS Certification required.
• ACLS Certification required.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.

Pay Range

USD $107,868.80 - USD $200,845.00 /Yr.
