Job summary

TSR in Seattle, WA is seeking a Material Handler to join our onsite team for a 12-month assignment with potential to extend. You will manage material movement, inventory control, and ERP-driven receiving to support laboratory operations and cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of material handling experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and exposure to SAP or SAP EWM. This is a fast-paced warehouse role requiring accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1 to 3 years of material handling experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with inventory systems and ERP systems; SAP or SAP EWM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and deliver products with accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
• Support lab staff with material needs and inquiries, acting as a service partner to multiple departments.
• Perform inventory control activities, including cycle counts, stocking, scrapping, and lot control.
• Manage expiry, allocation, and storage requirements for materials, including time and temperature sensitive items.
• Receive deliveries, verify shipment accuracy, transact receipts in ERP (SAP), and put away to assigned locations.
• Collect packing slips and complete electronic receiving after verification of proper delivery.
• Work cohesively within a team-based, cross-functional environment to complete warehousing tasks.
• Maintain a neat and organized warehouse and uphold safety and compliance standards.
