Integer is seeking a Manufacturing Support Associate to help the production team achieve its goals and meet customer quality requirements. You will support daily operations, escalate issues to the supervisor, engage the team, and drive continuous improvement across the area.

You will lead morning huddles, participate in audits, and coordinate cross-training while promoting safety, quality, and teamwork within a diverse, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (e.g. GED).
• Associate degree in a Technical or Business-related field preferred.
• Experience performing all jobs in the area supported.

Responsabilités

• Provide support to the manufacturing team in achieving its production goals and customer quality requirements.
• Monitor and escalate issues to the production supervisor; engage the team; drive continuous improvement; perform supporting tasks to allow operators to focus on main tasks.
• Adhere to Integer's Values and safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including QMS, FDA regulations, and operating procedures.
• Act as a liaison between team members and the production supervisor to align resources and support associates in achieving Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory and People goals.
• Perform audits including 5S, Safety, Quality, and Standardized Work to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Support the team by walking the floor, addressing questions, resolving issues, and escalating concerns to the Supervisor or relevant team member.
• Perform predefined non-cyclic work to support operators (paperwork, model change prep, quality checks, material movement).
• Participate in workshops focused on continuous improvement of current processes and new product development programs.
• Lead morning huddles and communicate with associates.
• Engage team members in structured problem solving to identify countermeasures, resolve issues, and improve area performance.
• Have working knowledge of jobs and equipment to step in for emergencies and implement countermeasures.
• Coordinate cross-training plans for associates.
• Promote diversity, inclusion, open communication and trust.
• Coordinate shift change discussions; collect data for production boards.
• Participate in daily production board meetings, explain area performance, and create shift summaries for the next shift.
• Work with Supervisor and production planning to follow schedules and assign staff based on training and experience.
• Perform other duties as required.
