UWM is seeking a Loss Mitigation Leader to manage the loss mitigation team on-site at our Pontiac, MI campus. You will drive strategy, policy, and performance across modifications, forbearance, and related options while ensuring regulatory compliance and exceptional customer outcomes.

The Loss Mitigation Leader will oversee all aspects of the loss mitigation team. This role requires a strategic leader with extensive industry knowledge and a proven track record in managing loss mitigation strategies and operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to drive operational efficiency and compliance.
This position requires 100% on-site attendance at our headquarters in Pontiac, MI.
