Job summary

Sibanye-Stillwater Recycling in Fairless Hills, PA is seeking a hands‑on Team Lead – Logistics Warehouse to drive daily warehouse operations. You will lead a dedicated team, coordinate receiving, shipping, and material movement, and partner with logistics and shipping to maintain an efficient workflow.

The role requires 2+ years in warehouse/logistics, strong communication, safety commitment, and basic inventory system skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, distribution, or material handling experience.
• Previous lead or team coordination experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Basic computer or inventory management system experience.
• A team‑first attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

Additional Requirements

Candidates must meet applicable ITAR eligibility and NAID AAA Certification background screening requirements, successfully complete a pre‑employment physical and drug screening, and be able to work safely in an industrial environment while wearing required PPE.
