Sibanye-Stillwater is seeking a hands-on Material Handler to join our Fairless Hills warehouse team. You will receive, move, stage, and transport materials safely while supporting shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and prior warehouse experience; forklift familiarity is a plus. Expect a full-time, on-site role with opportunities for hands-on growth and teamwork.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, move, stage, and organize materials throughout the facility.

• Stage materials for production, processing, and shipment.

Looking for a hands‑on role where you can stay active, work with a solid team, and build your warehouse experience?

Sibanye-Stillwater is hiring a Material Handler to join our Warehouse team in Fairless Hills, PA. In this role, you’ll help keep our operations moving by receiving, staging, organizing, and transporting materials safely throughout the facility.

What You’ll Do

• Receive, move, stage, and organize materials throughout the facility
• Load and unload trucks, pallets, containers, and deliveries
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material‑handling equipment
• Weigh, label, verify, and document materials accurately
• Stage materials for production, processing, and shipment
• Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory, and cycle counts
• Inspect equipment before use and report maintenance or safety concerns
• Keep warehouse, storage, and staging areas clean and organized
• Follow all safety, security, environmental, and material‑handling procedures
• Work with Warehouse and Operations teams to keep materials moving efficiently

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, manufacturing, or material‑handling experience preferred
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Comfortable performing physical, hands‑on work throughout the shift
• Basic math and computer/data‑entry skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable attendance and a safety‑first mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation due to limited public transportation access

What to Expect

This is an active warehouse position. You should be comfortable:

• Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
• Standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling throughout the workday
• Working around forklifts and industrial equipment
• Working indoors and outdoors and in varying temperatures
• Wearing required PPE, including safety footwear, safety glasses, gloves, and other protective equipment as needed

Pay, Schedule & Benefits

Starting Pay: $18.50/hour
1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Location: Fairless Hills, PA
