Sibanye-Stillwater is hiring a Material Handler for our Fairless Hills, PA warehouse. You will receive, stage, move, and organize materials to keep operations moving safely and efficiently.

The role involves loading/unloading trucks, operating forklifts and pallet jacks, weighing and labeling items, and supporting shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks. Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, manufacturing, or material‑handling experience preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Comfortable performing physical, hands‑on work throughout the shift.
• Basic math and computer/data‑entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Dependable attendance and a safety‑first mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation due to limited public transportation access.

Responsibilities

Sibanye-Stillwater is hiring a Material Handler to join our Warehouse team in Fairless Hills, PA. In this role, you’ll help keep our operations moving by receiving, staging, organizing, and transporting materials safely throughout the facility.

What to Expect

This is an active warehouse position. You should be comfortable:

• Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
• Standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling throughout the workday
• Working around forklifts and industrial equipment
• Working indoors and outdoors and in varying temperatures
• Wearing required PPE, including safety footwear, safety glasses, gloves, and other protective equipment as needed

Pay, Schedule & Benefits

Starting Pay: $18.50/hour
1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Location: Fairless Hills, PA
