Sibanye-Stillwater Recycling in Fairless Hills, PA, is seeking a hands-on Team Lead – Logistics Warehouse to drive daily warehouse operations.

You will lead by example, coordinate receiving, shipping, and inventory activities, and partner with Logistics, Operations, and Shipping & Receiving to keep safety and efficiency at the forefront. Monday–Friday 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in warehouse, logistics, distribution or material handling.
• Lead or coordinate a team preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Basic computer or inventory management system experience.
• Team-first attitude, strong work ethic and safety focus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, shipping, staging and material movement.
• Lead by example with hands-on guidance and support to warehouse staff.
• Prioritize daily assignments to keep operations safe, organized and on schedule.
• Support inventory accuracy, cycle counts and warehouse documentation.
• Partner with Logistics, Operations and Shipping & Receiving to maintain workflow.
• Promote a Safety First culture and identify opportunities for improvement.

Sibanye-Stillwater Recycling is looking for a motivated, dependable Team Lead – Logistics Warehouse to help drive daily warehouse operations at our Fairless Hills, PA facility.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, shipping, staging, and material movement.

• Lead by example, providing hands‑on guidance and support to warehouse employees.

• Help prioritize daily assignments to keep operations safe, organized, and on schedule.

• Support inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and warehouse documentation.

• Partner with Logistics, Operations, and Shipping & Receiving to maintain efficient workflow.

• Promote our Safety First culture and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

This is a working team lead position without direct supervisory responsibilities.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, distribution, or material handling experience.

• Previous lead or team coordination experience preferred.

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Forklift experience preferred.

• Basic computer or inventory management system experience.

• A team-first attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety.

Additional Requirements

Candidates must meet applicable ITAR eligibility and NAID AAA Certification background screening requirements, successfully complete a pre-employment physical and drug screening, and be able to work safely in an industrial environment while wearing required PPE.
