Job summary

ClearWater Express Wash & BlueWave Express Wash is seeking a Team Lead to guide daily operations and develop a high-performing team. You’ll coach team members on service quality, safety, and product recommendations while maintaining a welcoming car wash environment.

No car wash experience is required; leadership potential and strong communication are valued as you help drive guest satisfaction and store efficiency.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn basic car wash operations and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and foster a positive, productive team environment.
• Support the daily operations of the car wash and keep the location running smoothly.
• Train and coach Team Members on customer service, safety, products, memberships, and daily responsibilities.
• Assist guests with wash services, membership information, and product recommendations.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming car wash location.
• Ensure team members follow safety procedures and operating standards.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and daily tasks.
