BlueWave Express Wash in Houston is seeking a Team Lead to guide daily operations at our busy car wash facility. You will oversee site cleanliness, enforce uniform standards, and train teammates on our products while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

This hourly role emphasizes leadership, a can-do attitude, and problem-solving under pressure. You will also help manage guest relations, assist the Site Leader with tasks, and develop the team’s skills as we grow and expand our services.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
• Basic information technology and computer skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in car washing is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maintain site cleanliness and organization for a happy team and guests.
