Job summary

ClearWater Express Wash & BlueWave Express Wash is seeking a Team Lead in Cibolo, TX to guide daily operations, mentor teammates, and uphold safety and service standards at a fast-paced car wash location.

The ideal candidate has leadership potential or prior supervisory experience, strong communication, and a customer-focused mindset. No car wash experience required; you will be trained and supported to grow into higher leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Leads by example and drives a positive, productive team environment.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for guest and team interactions.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to coach and train team members.
• Proactive, dependable, and able to learn fast.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and help create a positive, productive team environment.
• Support the daily operations of the car wash and help keep the location running efficiently.
• Train and coach Team Members on customer service, safety, products, memberships, and daily responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer and guest service and help resolve questions or concerns.
• Assist guests with wash services, membership information, and product recommendations.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming car wash location.
• Reinforce company standards for uniforms, appearance, safety, and professionalism.
• Ensure team members follow safety procedures and operating standards.
