Responsibilities

• Lead the VPC application development and system operations team, providing technical guidance and day-to-day management.
• Manage vehicle tracking and inventory systems across the processing lifecycle.
• Maintain and integrate data across plants, logistics providers, dealers, and enterprise systems.
• Develop and maintain workflow automation for inspections, customization, quality control, and operations.
• Provide end-user support, issue resolution, and user training.
• Develop operational reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
