Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of direct experience in logistics, operations, automotive, and analytical experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data analysis and KPI tracking.
• Experience with vehicle processing, inventory control, and operational reporting practices.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily vehicle processing performance and production volumes, ensuring targets and customer requirements are met.
• Analyze data and KPI attainment to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Generate and distribute daily performance reports for management.
• Track monthly Money Gate performance and report progress against objectives.
• Coordinate Heavy PIO and Quick PIO activity and ensure targets are achieved.
• Monitor campaign progress, escalate delays, and ensure timely vehicle actions.
• Ensure PDI completion and readiness for specialty vehicles.
• Maintain PIO inventory accuracy and coordinate inventory needs.
• Develop forecasts to support railcar demand planning and shipment execution.
• Collaborate with Vehicle Logistics to communicate shipment status and delays.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service.
