Job summary

Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is seeking a Team Leader to direct daily fulfillment activities in our Graniteville, SC facility. You will supervise warehousing, ensure safe operations, and monitor KPIs to meet production schedules.

Ideal candidates bring at least 4 years of related experience, supervisory exposure, and proficiency with MS Office; SAP is a plus. Lean and Six Sigma experience is preferred to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP preferred.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily fulfillment activities within warehousing and lineside materials to meet production schedules efficiently.
• Review daily operations for safe working conditions, workmanship, productivity, attendance and compliance to expectations.
• Report on established goals and metrics.
• Identify training gaps and provide training to develop a cross trained team.
• Identify CI opportunities by determining root cause and developing a corrective action plan.
• Recommend workplace layouts, fulfillment methods, and handling efficiencies by auditing processes to improve material flow, reduce errors and improve overall cost.
• Troubleshoot issues as they arise to identify gaps in process and possible solutions for correction.
