Activate is seeking a proactive Lead on Shift for our Taylorsville store at 5564 S. Redwood Rd, Taylorsville, UT 84123. You will generate excitement, coach Game Facilitators, and serve as the first point of contact for escalations to keep operations smooth.

As a leader with a positive, problem-solving mindset, you will keep the team synced, motivated, and ready for the next challenge, ensuring every room is operational and experiences exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of previous experience in a similar role with strong focus in engaging customer relations is preferred.
• Demonstrated collaborator and previous experience overseeing a team of 10+ is an asset.
• Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and emails; capitalize opportunities to accommodate customer needs; troubleshoot bookings.
• Assist customers at check-in; create and receiving invoices; take payments; perform overrides at check-in.
• Resolve customer complaints and elevate to the Store Leader as needed.
• Communicate status of the facility and each room to ensure the best customer experience.
• Apply Activate programs in compliance with company standards.
• Oversee inventory, maintenance, and provisioning for rooms and supplies; coordinate with Store Leader.
