Ann Taylor at Las Vegas Outlet Center is seeking a Sales Lead to support and role model exceptional customer experiences. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to guide associates and step in as manager when needed, driving brand standards and a seamless omnichannel experience.

The role emphasizes coaching, teamwork, and operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment with flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Be a representative of the brand and model personalized customer experience behaviors.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an effective, highly engaged team.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to associates.
• Build productive relationships by sharing ideas and supporting the team.
• Seamlessly step into the role of manager when needed.
• Maintain highest visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer.
