Job summary

CAVA NW Expressway in Oklahoma City is seeking a Team Leader to bring our hospitality-forward culture to life on the floor, lead daily shifts, promote a positive work environment, and ensure guests receive quality food and timely service.

You’ll coach Team Members, handle opening/closing duties, inventory, cash handling, and enforce food safety standards while collaborating with managers to deliver consistent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must work with Managers and Team Members to bring the spirit of hospitality to guests and create quality food.
• Must coach and cross-train Team Members as the business grows.
• Must handle opening/closing duties, placing food orders, inventory, and cash handling.
• Must follow food safety practices and cleanliness standards.
• Must model sound decision making and help resolve issues.
• Must assist deployment on shifts to ensure service interactions and prompt presentation of food orders.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shifts and promote a positive work environment.
• Deliver on commitments to guests and ensure standards are executed.
• Collaborate with managers to train and develop Team Members.
