Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader to assist with the facility’s operations and to set the standard by leading the team with enthusiasm. This role is a stepping stone into management within a fast-growing, people-focused company.

You will help run day-to-day operations at the site, supervise staff, and ensure safe, efficient car wash experiences for guests. Competitive pay with growth opportunities and flexible scheduling are available.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible and reliable.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug Screen and Background Check required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.
