Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader to help manage the site and oversee daily operations. You will lead by example, provide friendly customer service, and assist the management team in achieving goals.

This role also offers potential weekly commission and a path for advancement. Responsibilities include opening/closing the facility, enrolling customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, prepping vehicles, guiding them through the tunnel, and maintaining equipment and the site.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.
