You will lead, coach, and assess performance, ensuring training and KPI targets are met, while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum three years of supervisory experience in a service/support role.
• Experience with SaaS products and non-voice support (chat, email, SMS).
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Zendesk or Salesforce.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn about data science and machine learning.

• Lead day-to-day team operations and coaching.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and escalate issues to HR when needed.
